As of December 2017, El País was the second most circulated daily newspaper in Spain. El País is a good source for nighlife and the bar scene in both Madrid and Spain because it contains articles on increase in the number of microbreweries in Madrid throughout the past 10 years, lifestyle trends, and numerous informative top 10 lists such as “Top 10 Beers in Madrid.”

This information is useful to readers because it allows them to understand where Madrid stands in comparison to other countries prices on beer, which is one of the reasons beer in Madrid is so successful.
